Even if you have a Swisscows Pro subscription, your session at Swisscows automatically expires after a certain period of time. This is done for security reasons, as Swisscows does not permanently store user data.

Especially when using your browser’s private or incognito mode, the session is deleted immediately after closing the browser. As a result, you will need to sign in again the next time you visit Swisscows.

Please note:
Even with an active Swisscows Pro subscription, once the session expires, Swisscows and your browser cannot automatically recognize whether you are a Pro user or not. Therefore, you may occasionally see prompts to upgrade to Swisscows Pro again, as well as cookie banners.

To avoid repeated pop-ups and notices, please make sure you are signed in when opening Swisscows.
