Click the Settings icon on the MS Internet Explorer toolbar.
Select Internet options from the drop-down menu.
Tap Connections settings.
Click LAN settings.
Check the box for Use a proxy server for your LAN.
Fill field Address as vpn.swisscows.com and Port as 8000
